Terms and Conditions Contract

Please agree to the terms and conditions. 

1. Customized services

Any additional requests or customized cleaning tasks (e.g., oven cleaning, carpet shampooing, baseboards, etc.) must be agreed upon in writing and may incur extra charges.

2. Supplies and equipment

The Company will provide all cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise specified.

If the Client prefers specific cleaning agents or eco-friendly products, these must be supplied by the Client unless arranged otherwise.

3. Duration

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with Section 17.

4.Access to property

The Client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at scheduled times, including access codes, keys, or alarm instructions as necessary.

5. Payment schedule

Payments are due:

Upon completion of each service. Unless otherwise discussed.

6. Late payments

Payments not received within 2 days of the due date will occur $10 a day until paid..

7. Cancellations and rescheduling

The Client must provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule.

Failure to do so will result in a $25 cancellation fee or full service charge.

8. Returned payments

Any returned or declined payments will result in a $25 administrative fee and may delay future services.

9. Return Policy

The Client has 24 hours to report any damages or dissatisfied service. We do not offer refunds. We will come back and fix whatever you are unsatisfied with, within 24 hours.

10. COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

10.1 The Company will perform all work in a professional manner using reasonable skill and care.

10.2 The Company’s staff are fully trained and bound by confidentiality and conduct standards.

10.3 The Company agrees to comply with all workplace safety and health regulations.

10.4 The Company will carry out services during agreed hours and will notify the Client of any delays or rescheduling needs.

11. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

11.1 The Client shall provide access to electricity, running water, and safe entry to the premises.

11.2 The Client shall remove valuable or fragile items prior to cleaning or clearly communicate their presence.

11.3 The Client agrees not to request services outside of this Agreement directly from Company staff without written approval.

11.4 The Client must ensure pets are secured during service hours for safety reasons.

12. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY

12.1 The Company will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage or loss.

12.2 In the event of accidental damage caused by the Company’s negligence, the Client must report it within 24 hours of service completion.

12.3 The Company shall not be liable for normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, or damage caused by defective materials or equipment.

13. INSURANCE AND COMPLIANCE

13.1 The company agrees to carry insurance at all times.

13.2 The Company agrees to comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing cleaning operations.

14. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all personal, business, and property information obtained during the course of this Agreement.

  • No confidential information shall be shared with third parties without written consent.

16. HEALTH AND SAFETY

16.1 The Client must disclose any hazardous conditions, allergies, or chemical sensitivities that could affect cleaning operations.

16.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions pose a risk to staff safety (e.g., pest infestations, biohazards, unsafe environments).

15. Social Media Privacy

Busy Brooms has permission to photograph/video areas of your home. For marketing purposes only, it may be used on our social media. No personal information will be shared.

17. TERMINATION

17.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with 7 days’ written notice.

17.2 The Company may terminate immediately for:

  • Non-payment or repeated late payments
  • Unsafe or unsanitary working conditions
  • Disrespectful or abusive conduct toward staff
  • 17.3 Upon termination, all outstanding payments shall become due immediately.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

19. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arkansas.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties.

No amendments shall be valid unless in writing and signed by both Parties.
